In several projects in Germany, we used state-of-the-art metrology to precisely measure the rails of mobile racking systems. The geometries are determined with accuracies in the hundredth-of-a-millimeter range, while tolerances typically lie within a few millimeters. Parameters such as parallelism, distances, and dimensional accuracy can therefore be evaluated with high precision.

The resulting measurement data allows deviations to be identified at an early stage and targeted optimization measures to be derived. Through the systematic use of innovative measurement technologies, we support quality assurance and increase efficiency in industrial logistics processes.
