In Reutte, we carried out a detailed floor analysis in a high-bay warehouse. Using our advanced industrial floor measurement robot, the travel paths of the forklifts were precisely measured. The method is based on the requirements of the VDMA guideline, while the evaluation of floor flatness was performed in accordance with DIN 18202.

Thanks to the automated, high-resolution measurement technology, even minimal unevenness could be accurately detected and documented. The resulting measurement data provides a reliable basis for identifying and implementing targeted optimization measures within the warehouse processes, thereby sustainably improving the efficiency and longevity of the storage infrastructure.
