FLOOR LAYOUT UNDER CHALLENGING CONDITIONS
For this project in North America, our layout robot was deployed under challenging conditions. LAYRO was transported by plane directly to the construction site to implement a large-scale floor layout precisely and efficiently.
Working between piles of earth, on freshly poured concrete and across changing ground conditions, more than 20,000 layout points were marked across an area of approximately 12,000 m² in just two weeks.
The project clearly demonstrated the advantages of automated layout: even under challenging conditions, large numbers of points could be marked precisely and reliably.
The result: more than 400 hours of manual work saved, while maintaining high accuracy and clearly visible markings.
LAYRO enabled the digital planning data to be transferred quickly and reproducibly directly on site – even where conditions make manual layout particularly challenging.
