In Leingarten, we deployed our layout robot to create a precise floor layout comprising more than 10,000 points. Within a very short time, all required points were efficiently and accurately transferred to the floor. In addition, the leveling of several seventh axes was performed using a 3D laser tracker. Heights, alignments, and axis paths were precisely measured and adjusted to their specified positions.

The combination of automated layout marking and high-precision 3D metrology provides a reliable foundation for plant installation and enables fast and error-free implementation of assembly specifications.
