At the start of the project in Kecskemét, a precise hall reference network covering 50,000 m² was established, forming the foundation for all subsequent metrology work. Based on this reference system, we implemented a floor layout comprising more than 50,000 points within just a few weeks. Using our layout robot, the points were efficiently and accurately transferred onto the shop floor.

Subsequently, fixtures were measured and precisely aligned using a 3D laser tracker to ensure maximum positioning accuracy. The combination of full-surface layout marking and high-precision geometric measurement ensured a smooth workflow and optimal quality during plant installation for automotive production.
