In a narrow-aisle warehouse in Wels, we carried out a precise floor flatness analysis using our industrial floor measurement robot (IBMR). The method determines the height profile and the gap measurement of the floor surface and is based on the requirements of the VDMA guideline, while the evaluation of the gap measurement is performed in accordance with DIN 18202.

Thanks to the high-resolution measurement technology, even the smallest unevenness can be accurately detected and documented. The collected measurement data provides a reliable basis for identifying potential corrective measures, supporting the optimization of warehouse processes and ensuring long-term operational quality.
