In several apartments in Vienna, we carried out a detailed floor analysis. The measurements were performed using a high-precision laser scanner, with the evaluation conducted in accordance with DIN 18202.

Both the height profile and the gap measurement were recorded and visualized, making deviations in flatness clearly identifiable. The contactless measurement technology allows fast, full-area capture of the floor surface and provides a reliable basis for structural assessments and potential leveling measures.
