As part of a tunnel construction project in Switzerland, our Mobile 3D-Messtechnik was used for various construction-related tasks. Foundations were precisely leveled, formworks were measured tactilely and accurately aligned. In addition, a detailed geometric inspection of the segments and formwork elements was carried out to ensure dimensional accuracy in accordance with specifications.

The on-site tactile measurements enabled rapid feedback and contributed significantly to quality assurance. Through the direct link to digital planning data, deviations could be detected and corrected at an early stage. Our metrology thus proved to be a reliable tool under the demanding conditions of tunnel construction.
