In many modern projects, an approved 3D model forms the basis before construction begins. During the planning phase, architectural details are coordinated with all technical components, such as HVAC and electrical installations. This makes an accurate implementation during construction and the rapid identification of deviations particularly important. Only in this way can the cost share of building services be kept as low as possible while simultaneously reducing future operating costs.
Our 3D BIM check visualizes deviations between the real structure and the digital model using color-coded comparisons. This allows discrepancies to be identified within a very short time and their potential impact on construction progress to be evaluated. By reacting quickly, costly rework can be avoided.
Capture of Existing Installations
Integrating new installations into existing systems is often a major challenge. Especially in older industrial buildings, up-to-date 3D models are often unavailable during the planning phase, and outdated 2D plans must be used instead.
With our measurement systems, we create detailed point clouds that accurately represent the real conditions. Based on this data, new installations can be designed directly or updated 3D models can be derived.
Even large facilities with kilometers of piping systems can be digitized within a very short time. New designs based on our measurements are less prone to errors, and the required materials can be calculated precisely before construction begins. This approach helps reduce costs throughout the entire construction phase while simultaneously ensuring higher quality for the client.
